Once we become clear about what we want to create inevitably blocks arise.

“Meeting Jesse has been the BEST thing that ever happened to me. She’s truly gifted with her skills, innate instinct and wisdom that will unlock you to becoming the best version of yourself.”

Most blocks come from long standing thought patterns that limit our ability to see ourselves reaching our goals. The four most common limiting thought patterns are:

1.    Personalizing other people’s actions
It is common to look at other people’s behavior and decide that it is because of how they feel towards us that they are acting in a negative way. If we choose to look at other people’s negativity as not having to do with us, we feel much less affected by it. Depersonalizing allows us to stay in our positive momentum cycle, and in many cases bring those who are in a negative one to a better place with us.

2.    Undervaluing yourself
Our ego likes to focus on our limitations. It is only when we stop focusing on our short comings and start focusing on our unique strengths that we start to see our potential to achieve success.

3.    Thinking linearly
It is easy to feel like if you cannot see exactly how success is going to occur than in must not be possible to reach. When in fact, most success processes could not have been predicted. Bill Gates did not know what he was going to achieve when he was sitting at the computer every day. He simply had a passion and he pursued it full force.

4.    “I have to do it by myself” mentality
Many people pursue success by solely relying on themselves giving their egos a greater sense of control. It is much faster and there are many more opportunities for success created when people surround themselves with a team of people to help them get to where they want to go.
